Jasmine Joseph
Started dancing Bollywood fusion and semi classical at the age of 5 training under various talented teachers. Her passion grew as she self taught all the Bollywood 90s hits with her brother. Her dance journey continued throughout the years from dancing at various cultural events to becoming captain of her college dance team as well as creating dance competitions. Her energetic and charismatic personality is very evident in her dance and in her teaching style. Her goal as an instructor is to teach her students how to become expressive through dance.
Jasmine Kaur
Unintentionally joined ballet class at the age of 4, which became the reason to the start of her dance journey. At 8 years old, she began her training under Rupal Patel, founder of Arya Dance Academy, where she learned Bhangra and Bollywood fusion. Being an active member of Hindu Center Youth Club provided a platform for her to perform at various events. She continued her dance journey through dance teams in high school and college. She created various dance events and competed nationally. Her goal as an instructor is to teach her students how to find joy through movement.
Jinu Thomas
Started learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 5 in Delhi, India, which came to an end when she moved to New York at 10 years old. However, her dance journey continued by performing at various events. She created a dance team with Jasmine J, Jasmine K, and with many others in high school. She joined various dance teams during her college years. After college, Jinu decided to return to classical dance and is currently training under Guru Smt. Sadhana Paranji for Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. Where there is music, there is Jinu busting out with her moves. Her goal as an instructor is to help her students evolve as dancers and find their passion.
